By enrolling your child in Little Movers Club, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We collect and use personal information (such as your contact details and your child’s name, age, and medical information) to deliver our programs safely. Your information is kept secure and will never be sold.
- Program fees are charged upfront at $15 per session. Refunds are only provided for unused sessions if the program is cancelled or terminated by Little Movers Club.
- If a session is missed due to the instructor’s absence or extreme weather, we will reschedule or provide a credit. If your child misses a session, the session may be credited for later use. Multiple missed sessions may be eligible for a refund at the Provider’s discretion.
- Participation involves normal physical activity.
- We provide a safe environment, trained instructors, and equipment, but parents agree to indemnify Little Movers Club for claims except in cases of our negligence.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information and ensure children are ready to participate.
