Where Confidence Meets Movement

Little Movers Club began with a simple observation: too many young children were missing out on the joy of movement because traditional sports programs felt overwhelming. We watched 3-year-olds stand on the sidelines, wanting to join in but feeling too shy. We saw 5-year-olds give up because they couldn’t keep up with older kids. And we knew there had to be a better way.

Founded by Oliver Rowston, an early childhood specialist and passionate sports educator, Little Movers Club reimagined what children’s sports programs could be. We threw out the “one-size-fits-all” playbook and created something revolutionary: movement programs that put confidence first, celebrate small wins, and meet every child exactly where they are.

Today, we’re proud to be one of the Hills District’s most trusted children’s movement programs, partnering with dozens of early learning centres and hundreds of families across Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Dural and beyond.

Our Mission

To transform hesitant little ones into confident movers who believe in their own abilities – not just in sports, but in life.

Our Vision

A world where every child discovers the joy of movement in a supportive, celebration-filled environment that honours their individual journey.

The Heart of Our Litte Movers Approach

We believe every child has an inner athlete waiting to emerge – they just need the right environment to flourish. That’s why we’ve built our entire philosophy around what we call “Confidence-First Coaching”:

  • We celebrate effort, not just outcomes – high-fives for trying are just as important as achieving
  • We create same-age groups – no intimidating bigger kids, just peers learning together
  • We honor each child’s timeline – some kids dive right in, others need to watch first, and that’s perfectly okay
  • We bring programs to familiar spaces – running sessions at their own daycare where children already feel safe
  • We make movement irresistibly fun – because when kids are laughing, they forget to be nervous
